Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Class Registrations

• Once registered and payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

• Classes are non-transferable and cannot be paused or postponed beyond allowed limits.
   

2. Missed Classes

• Beginner Level: You may skip and continue later, but only up to 2 times a month, and within two months of course start date.

• Intermediate & Advanced Levels: Missed classes are supported via recordings and optional instructor guidance after class.
   

3. Private Classes

Any cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
 

4. Return Policy - Bellyrina’s Closet

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will be provided only for defective or damaged products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

5. Shipping Policy - Bellyrina's Closet

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment.

• All shipments are handled through Speed post by India Post.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and postal service operations.
   

6. Refund Policy – Bellyrina’s Closet

• If a parcel is lost or undelivered due to an error from our side, a full refund will be issued.

• If the issue occurs due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels), no refund will be provided.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of the issue.
