By accessing or using the NK School of Belly Dance website or registering for our classes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register for our classes or make purchases unless supervised by a parent/guardian.

2. Enrollment and Attendance

• You are responsible for attending the classes as scheduled.

• Regular attendance is encouraged for progress and certification eligibility.
   

3. Use of Content

All content (videos, choreography, images) shared in class or online is the intellectual property of NK School of Belly Dance and cannot be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

 

4. Health and Safety

Dance is a physical activity. By enrolling, you confirm that you are fit to participate. Please consult a doctor if unsure. NK School of Belly Dance is not liable for injuries incurred during class.

5. Purchases

Products from Bellyrina’s Closet are final sale unless defective. Please review size and style before ordering.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our terms and policies periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
